The kitchen is a functional, spacious area for food preparation and interacting with people sitting on the vintage stools by the island, the dining table or the wing chairs by the fire.

The entire back half of the house is given over to entertainment and lounge space. During the warmer months the doors are thrown open to the deck beside the apple tree. In the winter, the gas fireplace with vintage oak mantle and glass tiles provides a warm and restful area adjacent to all that is going on in the kitchen.

Butcher block oak countertops and dramatic mercury glass lights over the kitchen island bring a vintage warmth to the space, with vintage counter stools from an antique shop in Manhattan. Exposed brick from the original chimney ads texture and drama to the expansive kitchen.

A deep double farmhouse ceramic sink and commercial grade faucet spray , LG dishwasher and a 30 inch natural gas Bertazzoni Master Series professional range are included. A massive Frigidair Professional series side by side freezer and refrigerator are built in with a hidden pantry behind them.
